I provide evidence-informed soft tissue therapy and sports massage from a private studio in Aston Clinton, near Aylesbury, supporting clients from across Buckinghamshire. Treatments are tailored to help reduce muscle tension and pain, improve movement and mobility, and support recovery from sport, exercise, work and everyday life. I am currently training with the Cambridge School of Sports Massage (CSSM) towards the Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, the highest qualification in this field in the UK, ensuring a safe, professional and client-focused approach for anyone seeking soft tissue therapy or sports massage in the Aylesbury area.
